Rushden & Diamonds striker Aaron O'Connor has signed a one-year contract to remain at Nene Park.
The 26-year-old joined the club from Mansfield last June and scored 15 goals in all competitions this season.
Diamonds manager Justin Edinburgh said: "Aaron had some very serious offers from other clubs, but he's shown his intentions and his loyalty.
"He is an integral part of our squad. Both Aaron and myself think he's only going to get better for next season."
