Rotherham United have signed versatile defender Johnny Mullins from fellow League Two side Stockport County on a free transfer.
The 24-year-old's contract at Edgeley Park expired on 1 July, allowing him to pen a two-year deal with the Millers.
"I knew of Rotherham United and the potential the club had," Mullins told BBC Radio Sheffield.
"I was very keen to be part of a club with genuine ambition and be part of what the club are pushing towards."
