Posh boss admits conduct charge

Peterborough United manager Darren Ferguson has admitted a charge of improper conduct for using abusive language towards a referee.

He was charged by the Football Association in relation to an incident after Posh's home defeat by West Brom on Tuesday, 18 August.

A statement on the club website said Ferguson had admitted the charge and requested a personal hearing.

Peterborough lost the league game 3-2 after having a late goal disallowed.
