Chris Wilder not afraid to make Oxford United changes
Wilder has seen his Oxford team under-perform in recent games
Oxford United manager Chris Wilder says he will not be afraid to make changes to personnel if his players do not show the consistency he expects.
The U's boss says he may look for answers outside the club after the 2-0 home defeat by 10-man Torquay left them 15th in League Two.
Wilder said: "I've got to look to see if we have enough in the squad to change it around.
"And if I haven't got enough then we have to make changes."
He added: "We've looked at the side with 15 games in and we have to make decisions.
"We don't want to be a standstill club. There have been days when we have been good and days when we have been poor, and it frustrates me the consistency levels."
