Oxford United seek fans' help to clear snow at Kassam
Oxford fans have already turned up to help clear the Kassam Stadium pitch
Oxford United have appealed to fans to help clear the pitch ahead of Tuesday's FA Trophy game against Woking.
U's fans are being asked to help clear snow from the playing surface and the surroundings at the Kassam Stadium.
"With advice from the ground-staff we have decided to clear the snow," chairman Kelvin Thomas told BBC Oxford.
"We need people to come down if they are available and if it is safe to do so. If they have shovels or snow ploughs that would be great."
He added: "By clearing the pitch of snow and the others areas we will try and give it a chance.
"We are still at the hands of the weather, but whatever work we do will give us a chance."
If the match is called off again it will be staged on Tuesday, 19 January - meaning Oxford's home Blue Square Premier game against Hayes and Yeading will have to be postponed.
Meanwhile, United will be away to Chelmsford City or Crawley Town on Saturday, 30 January in the third round if they progress.
