Oxford United have signed Peterborough winger Alfie Potter on a season-long loan, with a view to a permanent move.
The 20-year-old has previously had loan spells at Kettering and Havant and Waterlooville, for whom he scored against Liverpool in the 2008 FA Cup.
He played 45 times for Kettering last season and will return there for Oxford's first away game of the season.
Chris Wilder told the club website: "We watched him a number of times last season and he always did well."
"He always gave his full-back a problem and loves to take people on, which I think the Oxford fans like to see," said Wilder.

"We have plenty of options on both flanks now.
"He is highly rated at Peterborough and we are lucky to have him available to us."
Meanwhile, Peterborough have terminated the contract of defender Craig Braham-Barrett by mutual consent.
The 21-year-old signed from Welling in 2008 but failed to make a first-team start for the club.
