Oxford will tour Scotland as part of their pre-season preparations.
United will meet Scottish First Division side Morton on 18 July before taking on SPL champions Rangers in a match to be played behind closed doors.
The U's begin their pre-season build up away to Oxford City on 14 July and end by entertaining Peterborough United on 1 August.
QPR will also visit the Kassam Stadium on 24 July, while a match at Southern League side Brackley is also likely.
