Oxford to show Dorchester respect

Oxford United manager Darren Patterson says his players will not underestimate FA Cup opponents Dorchester, despite the side's Blue Square South status.

The U's overcame Hayes & Yeading to reach the first round proper, and Patterson told BBC Oxford that he is determined their run continues.

"We need to get through and we need to treat them with the respect that we treat everybody else," he said.

The game kicks off at the Kassam Stadium at 1500 GMT on Saturday.

Patterson added: "I am really excited by it, I would love to go on a cup run with Oxford."

Dorchester are currently 17th in the table, but have won their last four games in all competitions.
