Northern Ireland striker Warren Feeney has signed a two-year contract with League One club Oldham Athletic.
The 29-year-old, who was released by Cardiff City in May, said he had been impressed by Latics boss Paul Dickov and his assistant Gerry Taggart.
"I spoke to other clubs but after I talked with Paul and Gerry there was only one winner - I want to play my football here," said Feeney.
Feeney also played for Bournemouth, Stockport County and Luton Town.

While at Cardiff, he had loan spells with Swansea City, Dundee United and Sheffield Wednesday.
Feeney hopes the move to Boundary Park will boost his prospects of adding to his 34 Northern Ireland caps.
"Everyone knows how much I love playing for my country, so it is important for me to be getting regular first team football," he said.
"If I am not, it is difficult for Nigel Worthington to pick me.
"This gives me an opportunity. If I am playing regularly for my club, it can only help me at international level.
"So the carrot is there to get back to my best form."
