Holt has featured in 40 league and cup games for Northampton this season
Northampton Town defender Andy Holt has talked down the importance of reported dressing-room unrest as the team battle to avoid relegation from League One.
The Cobblers travel to Bristol Rovers on Good Friday, two points inside the drop zone with seven matches left.
"If you're top of the league and winning games then everything's fine and no-one cares about splits," Holt told BBC Radio Northampton.
"But we're struggling so people are trying to find things."
"Whether everyone likes each other or hates each other is irrelevant.
"What we need to do - and what we're trying to do - is get together as a team and get results on the pitch.
"There are always going to be arguments. I'm sure people argue even in Manchester United's dressing-room," he added.
After Friday's trip to the Memorial Stadium, Northampton will have four of their next five games on home turf at Sixfields.
