MK Dons will be without striker Sam Baldock for "a few weeks", according to assistant manager John Gorman.
After missing the midweek defeat by Plymouth the 21-year-old suffered a reoccurrence of a hamstring injury in Saturday's 1-0 win over Dagenham.
"It needs a bit of time to make sure this time it's 110%," Gorman told BBC Three Counties Radio.
Baldock will undergo tests to determine the full extent of the problem and the length of time he will be sidelined.
"We need to make sure he's totally free of it before he attempts to come back," Gorman added.
Dons boss Karl Robinson brought Baldock on after 66 minutes against the Daggers, but he lasted just a quarter of an hour.
The frontman has netted six times this season in 22 games.
"We know how much quality Sam Baldock possesses," said Robinson.
"We're going to miss somebody with pace and who can score goals and we'll have to see how we'll counter that."
