Middlesbrough defender John Johnson has signed a new two-year contract while midfielder Shaun Saiko has agreed a first one-year professional deal.
Johnson, 20, made his first-team debut against Chelsea earlier in the season and has enjoyed a loan spell with League One side Tranmere Rovers.
Saiko, 19, broke into Martin Scott's reserve team after impressing in the club's academy ranks.
The St Albert-born schemer has also represented Canada at Under-20 level.
