Luton manager Mick Harford is still looking to add a second goalkeeper to his squad as cover for new experienced signing Mark Tyler.
Former Millwall trainee Preston Edwards has been on trial, but has since left, and youth team goalkeeper Arron Fletcher has been deputising.
Harford told BBC Three Counties Radio: "We're not close to signing one at the moment. We need one.
"I am delighted with Mark (Tyler), but we do need some cover."
"Mark will be our number one keeper and he has come into the club and has fitted in very well. He has given the back-lines a lot of confidence," he said.
