Defender Watts says pre-season is all about building team spirit
Lincoln City have begun a week-long summer training camp at an Army barracks in Cambridgeshire.
Manager Chris Sutton told BBC Lincolnshire:"We wanted to go away just for a bit of a change of environment, we're going to have a good week there.
"It's important we get the group together. We have a lot of players that have come in and it will be good for both fitness and team morale."
City take on Staines Town away in their first pre-season friendly on Saturday.
Defender Adam Watts is hoping it will be an enjoyable experience: "If we go around the assault course it'll be alright. It's nice to get away from the club for pre-season, the whole point is to experience a different atmosphere.
"It helps the morale of the team instead of running around the same pitch every day."
