Jarrett is one of three wingers joining Lincoln this summer

Lincoln winger Albert Jarrett says he is prepared to put club before country to establish himself at his new side.

The Sierra Leone international could be called-up for an African Cup of Nations qualifying tournament in August.

The 25-year-old told BBC Lincolnshire: "It's a vital time for the club. We need to start well and right now all I'm focused on is Lincoln.

"I don't want to do all this work in pre-season to get in the team and then leave to play an international game."
