Calliste began his career as a trainee at Manchester United
Lincoln City manager Peter Jackson says he may give a second game to trialists Ramon Calliste and Moses Swaibu.
Striker Calliste and defender Swaibu played in the Imps reserves' 3-1 win over Port Vale, along with striker John McAliskey, who scored in the match.
Jackson told BBC Radio Lincolnshire: "My main aim was to look at McAliskey but that didn't really work out, I won't be taking that any further.
"But maybe we'll look at the other two another time, I thought they did well."
McAliskey played under Jackson at Huddersfield before linking up with Mansfield last season.
Former Wales Under-21 international Calliste began his career at Manchester United before moving to Liverpool but failed to make the breakthrough with either team.
He then joined Scunthorpe United but did not make a league appearance after suffering a broken leg.
This season he has been playing for Cambridge City in the Southern Premier Division and recently had a trial at Shrewsbury.
Central defender Swaibu, 19, has been playing for Blue Square South side Bromley following his release by Crystal Palace in the summer.
The Imps' other goals in the victory at Sincil Bank came from striker Sam Mullarkey.
