Rotherham United have apologised after Lincoln City supporters were unable to enter the Don Valley stadium for Saturday's match between the two clubs.
Some fans missed the opening stages of the game because of a lack of change at the turnstiles, while others chose to pay over the ticket price.
Rotherham put the problems down to a "new pricing system at a new stadium".
As well as an apology, the Millers made a donation of 200 which the Imps gave to local charity, Children's Links.
