Leicester City new boy Michael Morrison says having an experienced defender as a boss will help him develop his game.
Foxes manager Nigel Pearson spent many years playing in the top flight and Morrison is glad to get the chance to learn his trade under him.
The 20-year old, who signed from Blue Square Premier side Cambridge United, told BBC Radio Leicester: "It's a positive thing because he can help me.
"He knows the mistakes he made so he can help me from making them."
Morrison moved to the Walkers Stadium on a two-year contract for an undisclosed fee earlier this summer.

But the amount also includes additional payments for appearances and a sell-on clause.
He made his U's debut at the age of 17 and went on to play more than 100 games for the club.
Morrison played a key role in helping Cambridge reach the Blue Square Premier play-offs last season.
