Nigel Pearson knows he is under pressure to deliver success
Leicester City have completed a trio of signings by capturing Cambridge United defender Michael Morrison, Bury's Nicky Adams and MK Dons winger Lloyd Dyer.
Dyer, 25, who has signed a three-year deal, was out of contract this summer and has joined on a free transfer.
Morrison, 20, has joined on a two-year contract for an undisclosed fee.
And Shakers midfielder Adams, 21, has agreed a three-year contract although the two clubs are still to agree a fee and it could be decided by a tribunal.
Boss Nigel Pearson was delighted with his transfer dealings.
He told the club website: "Lloyd is an exciting, tricky winger and I am looking forward to working with him.
"Michael is a young, promising player and I am delighted to have him on board.
"He is going in the right direction and is hungry for success. He comes with some outstanding recommendations.
"Nicky can play anywhere across the middle of the park and he has a real eye for goal. He has a big future."
Cambridge director George Rolls said the offer for Morrison was too good for the club to turn down.
"It's a good move for the club and a cracking move for Michael," Rolls told the club's website.
"An opportunity like this doesn't come along every day and it wouldn't be right to stand in his way."
The fee for Morrison, who has been voted Cambridge's young player of the year for the past three years, also includes additional payments for appearances and a sell-on clause.
Wales U-21 international Adams scored 13 goals in 49 games for Bury last season.
