Christie endured an injury-ravaged spell at Middlesbrough
Former Derby County and Middlesbrough striker Malcolm Christie is continuing his fight to regain full fitness at Leeds United, reports BBC Radio Leeds.
Christie was at United's Thorp Arch training complex on Thursday but Leeds manager Gary McAllister says he is not having a second trial.
The 29-year-old was close to signing for Leeds last season but injury scuppered the deal.
Christie has been without a club after Middlesbrough released him in 2007.
Meanwhile, Leeds manager Gary McAllister says he is close to moving some of his squad out on loan and is keeping his eyes open for targets to bring in.
He told BBC Radio Leeds: "It's more likely that things are going out than coming in.
"There's always loads of interest and calls here at Thorp Arch but we've got to be ready to pounce if there is something that can make us better."
