Kidderminster currently lie eighth in the Blue Square Bet Premier
Blue Square Bet Premier side Kidderminster Harriers have accepted a takeover bid from Stratford-based businessman Chris Swan.
Swan was thought to have ended his interest in buying the club in December after having a previous offer rejected.
But a statement from the Harriers board said: "The club has received a formal offer from Chris Swan.
"The board has agreed, subject to contract, to all conditions within Mr Swan's offer."
As a result, the club have postponed a fans' forum that was scheduled for Thursday, 27 January.
In December, current Harriers chairman Mark Serrell, then a director, said that the club needed to find £150,000 by the end of 2010 and then another £50,000 by the end of January.
Kidderminster, who were given a five-point penalty earlier this month by the Football Conference for financial reporting irregularities, currently lie eighth in the top flight of non-league football, four points off the play-off places.
