Kettering's John Dempster backs new manager Marcus Law

Kettering Town defender John Dempster has backed new manager Marcus Law in the wake of the Poppies' first home win of the season.
Saturday's 2-1 victory over Hayes and Yeading marked the start of Law's spell in charge after joining from Evo-Stik League outfit Barwell.
"First impressions were really good," Dempster told BBC Radio Northampton.
"He's confident and he has his own radical ideas, which is brilliant to freshen things up."
He added: "He knows how he wants his team to set up - and he's a winner. That's quite clear from the way he speaks in front of a group.
"That's bound to breed confidence and I'm sure it's the starting point for us to progress up the league table."
Victory over Hayes lifted Kettering - who parted company with manager Lee Harper last month - to 17th place in Blue Square Bet Premier, ahead of Tuesday night's visit to York City.
"We haven't started the season like we wanted to," said Dempster.
"With the squad we've got we feel we should be higher up the table. But this was a great three points against a good footballing side."
