Hartlepool United manager Chris Turner expects striker Daniel Nardiello to continue to impress at the club during his loan spell from Blackpool.
Nardiello, 26, will remain with Pools until the end of the season and Turner believes a lively debut at Brighton demonstrated his pace and skill.
"I brought him here because he's a quality player," Turner told BBC Tees.
"That's what he can do and on another day he could have opened his account for us."

Pools are in action on Tuesday night at Huddersfield Town, a side with five wins in their last six home games.
And weather permitting, Turner is confident his players can return from West Yorkshire with all three points.
"If the players play like they have been doing then and they give everything then we'll beat anybody," he said.
"We nearly beat Brighton, it's disappointing but you can't ask more of your players than to give everything that they've got."
