Nigel Pearson has guided Leicester to a club record 19 games unbeaten
Hartlepool came from behind to earn a deserved draw against league leaders Leicester in a thrilling match.
Matt Oakley released Steve Howard to fire the visitors into the lead before Joel Porter was tripped and picked himself up to equalise from the spot.
Leicester regained the lead when Howard slotted home a penalty after Lee-Barrett brought down Bruno Berner.
Antony Sweeney crossed for Andy Monkhouse to volley an unstoppable second equaliser for Pool at the death.
Hartlepool United manager Chris Turner told BBC Tees:
"We played well on Saturday at MK Dons but a lack of concentration cost us, and we've now played the two top teams in the division and given both of them a good game.
"It was important we got something for the effort and for the performance.
"I thought they thoroughly deserved the point in a very good game of football."
