Wilnis joined Ipswich from Dutch side De Graafschap in January 1999

Grays Athletic have signed experienced full-back Fabian Wilnis following his release from Ipswich Town.

The 37-year-old Dutchman has signed a one-year deal with the Blue Square Premier club.

Wilnis made over 300 appearances in a spell of more than nine years at Portman Road.

Grays Manager Mick Woodward told the club's website: "Fabian's experience will be extremely valuable during the long campaign."
