Daish made wholesale changes this summer after his budget was reduced
Ebbsfleet United boss Liam Daish says he is finding their poor start the most frustrating experience of his career.
Tuesday's 2-1 defeat by Salisbury has left the Fleet 22nd in the Blue Square Premier, with just one win from 14.
"I haven't enjoyed the start of this season at all and it's something I'm not used to," the former Republic of Ireland defender told BBC Radio Kent.
"I've never had that as a player or a manager before and I'm not comfortable with it."
For the second game in a row, the Fleet's defeat was sealed by late goals - when Salisbury's Chris Flood scored in the 89th minute before Rob Sinclair doubled their lead.
It's tough when you're down the bottom as you think the world and his dog is against you

Daish says this season is proving to be the toughest since he arrived at Stonebridge Road in 2005.
"It is a test and it's a challenge but you've got to enjoy that challenge," the 41-year-old said.
"It's something you can enjoy and turn round, grit your teeth, get through it, and prove a few doubters wrong.
"It's tough when you're down the bottom as you think the world and his dog is against you.
"It's only the players in that dressing room and maybe a few additions that have got to pull together and enjoy the challenge, pick themselves us, dust themselves down and go again on Saturday."
Daish confirmed he working hard to bolster his small squad with a few more players.
"I've made numerous phone calls to see what's out there but we've got to make sure we improve on what we've got," he said.
"It's tough to get anyone in that's better than what you've got, as teams don't want to release them."
