Dagenham and Redbridge striker Paul Benson was delighted to score on his return from injury in Tuesday's 4-0 victory over Grimsby.

He told BBC Essex: "It was a very comfortable and assured performance by everyone in the team."

Benson, who has been out with a leg injury, added: "I found getting back into it not too difficult. It was good for my confidence to get a goal."

The 29-year-old has now bagged nine goals this season.
