Still's side failed to score for the first time this season at Darlington
Dagenham & Redbridge boss John Still said he has "no complaints" following the 3-0 loss at Darlington in League Two on Saturday.
The Daggers have lost three on the trot and slipped to ninth in the table.
Still told BBC Essex: "We were beaten by the better team, I don't think there's any doubt about that. I think they've played very well.
"We haven't played well enough to win the game, so I've got no complaints about that."
A brace from Liam Hatch and a goal from Jason Kennedy ensured Darlington leapt above the Daggers in the League Two table.
Still added: "I don't think we've played anywhere near to what we're capable of.
"The last six-to-eight weeks we've really imposed ourselves on the game and we haven't imposed ourselves.
"We'll start to win games again, fortunately the good start has helped us; we've been disappointed before and we'll be disappointed again."
Top scorer Paul Benson missed the defeat through injury, and Still said he is not sure whether he will be fit for either of the next two home matches against Grimsby and Accrington.
