Ben Strevens grabbed a brace as he helped Dagenham and Redbridge to a convincing victory over Grimsby.

Mark Arber thumped in an effort to put the home side ahead before Strevens slid the ball in after Grimsby keeper Paul Barnes dropped a cross.

A classy Paul Benson finish extended Dagenham's lead and Strevens got his second in injury-time when he headed home a pinpoint cross.

Grimsby have now gone 14 games without a win and rarely threatened.
