Gobern has made 13 appearances since joining Wolves as a trainee

Colchester United have signed winger Lewis Gobern from Championship side Wolverhampton Wanderers on a one-month loan deal.

Gobern moves to the Community Stadium after spending a week training with the League One side.

The 24-year-old is in line to make his debut for Colchester in Saturday's game at home to Cheltenham Town.

Gobern, who has made 13 appearances for Wolves, has previously had loan spells with Bury, Blackpool and Hartlepool.
