Cheltenham Town have taken David Pipe from Bristol Rovers and Ashley Eastham from Blackpool for a month.
Pipe is a versatile 26-year-old who can play in midfield and defence, while Eastham is an 18-year-old centre half.
"It's about making sure that we bring players in and put pressure on people in the team," caretaker boss John Schofield told BBC Gloucestershire.
"Ashley is a good promising prospect and David is a good utility player he's played a lot of games at this level."
