Basso has been a popular figure in his four seasons at Ashton Gate
Bristol City manager Gary Johnson insists he is yet to receive any enquiries for want-away goalkeeper Adriano Basso.
Weekend reports suggested West Ham and Championship rivals Sheffield United were interested in the 34-year-old.
Johnson told BBC Radio Bristol: "Until somebody speaks to me then it's speculation. We've received no calls."
The City boss also shut the door on any potential U-turn by the Brazilian, who has handed in a transfer request.
"I think everything that had to be said has been said about Adriano, we move on and look to the future with other goalkeepers," Johnson added.
Summer recruit Dean Gerken played in goal for City during Tuesday night's 3-2 defeat at Yeovil. And the former Colchester man may soon have added competition for the number one shirt, with Czech keeper Martin Lejsal negotiating a season-long loan deal.
"Talks are progressing OK. There's a lot to do when you're dealing with a foreign keeper, but he speaks good English. I like him as a goalkeeper and I like him as a person," said Johnson.
"We're more likely to do something than not unless suddenly there's a big spanner in the works somewhere."
