The Twenty20 Cup quarter-final between Lancashire and Somerset on Tuesday was abandoned because of rain and will now be played on Wednesday 29 July. The game was due to start at 1740 BST, but not a ball had been bowled before the umpires called it off at 1900 BST. On Monday, Sussex and Kent qualified for finals day, which takes place at Edgbaston on 15 August, with wins over Warwickshire and Durham respectively. Northants will also play Hampshire at Northampton on Wednesday.
