Stewart had apologised for his previous breaches of discipline
Bournemouth have terminated the contract of reserve goalkeeper Jon Stewart with immediate effect.
The 22-year-old has been dismissed for what the club describe as "a further incident of misconduct".
Stewart was reprimanded by the Cherries last month for causing damage to a hotel room and being late for training.
He had made five appearances for the club, having been handed a contract in the summer of 2010 by then Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe.
Current manager Lee Bradbury had accepted an apology from Stewart following his previous misdemeanours, telling BBC Radio Solent at the time: "Jon has apologised and wants to give it a go. He realises what a great chance he's got."
The Cherries are now likely to recall young goalkeeper Dan Thomas from his loan spell at Blue Square Bet South side Dorchester Town, to provide cover for first-choice Shwan Jalal.
