Barrow bosses Bayliss and Sheridan pen three-year deals
Sheridan and Bayliss have revived Barrow's fortunes since 2007
Barrow's joint-managers Dave Bayliss and Darren Sheridan have signed new three-year deals at Holker Street.
The deals are the reward for steering the club to a Wembley FA Trophy success over Stevenage and guaranteeing Blue Square Premier safety this season.
"We always wanted to stay," Bayliss told BBC Radio Cumbria.
"There were no negotiations - we met for an hour and liked the plans they laid out for the club and us as well. It's the start of something good."
Bayliss added: "The board have always made us feel good and everything we've asked for they've never queried.
"We're really happy to be here."
Bayliss and Sheridan took charge of the club in November 2007 and have turned the club from struggling in the Blue Square North to a comfortable mid-table position in the Blue Square Premier.
Club director Tony Keen said: "It's probably the biggest signing we've made in the last 10 years.
"The success they've brought since they took over has been unprecedented in the history of the club."
The Bluebirds finished the 2009/10 season in 15th place in the top tier of non-league football.
