Blue Square Premier side Barrow have signed Chesterfield striker Jordan Bowery on a six-week loan deal.
Barrow agreed terms with the League Two club on Thursday, leaving the 18-year-old clear to feature in Saturday's trip to Oxford United.
The Nottingham-born forward has made 16 appearances for Chesterfield and signed professional terms in the summer.
His first senior goal came in October's 3-3 draw with Huddersfield in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.
Bowery's father Bert was also a professional footballer and played under Brian Clough for Nottingham Forest in the mid-1970s.
Chesterfield are managed by former Oldham boss John Sheridan, brother of Barrow co-boss Darren.
Barrow have brought in a string of loan strikers this season, including Morecambe's Aaron Taylor, Fleetwood's Nick Rogan and Carlisle striker Andy Cook, who returned to Brunton Park after breaking his foot.
Rochdale forward Jon Shaw is currently on loan at Holker Street but his spell ends later this month.
