Barrow have signed York City winger Craig Nelthorpe on an emergency loan until 1 January.
Nelthorpe, 22, joined York during the summer from Oxford United but has made just seven appearances for the Minstermen this season.
The winger, who can play on either flank, began his career with home-town club Doncaster Rovers but failed to establish himself as a regular.
He goes straight into the squad for Saturday's visit of AFC Wimbledon.
