Curtis suffered a rib injury while on loan at Holker Street
Morecambe striker Wayne Curtis has not ruled out a return to Barrow after being recalled by the League Two club.
Curtis, 28, suffered a rib injury which brought a premature end to his one-month loan deal at Holker Street.
"If I had the chance to have the deal extended I would have had to think about it," the Barrow-born frontman told BBC Radio Cumbria.
"I've been recalled so I'll just have to see how it goes in the next few weeks when I get fit again."
Curtis made four appearances for the Bluebirds, scoring twice before suffering the injury in the 1-0 win over Kidderminster Harriers.
It's been good to come back to Barrow and play in front of people you know. I'm out of contract at Morecambe in the summer so we'll just have to see what happens then

"It's been a bit strange for me. The first game against Middlesbrough was amazing then we had a couple of defeats in the league," he said.
"When I finally found my scoring boots I got elbowed in my ribs which is a recurrence of an injury I got back in November so that's been really frustrating."
Curtis began his career with Cumbrian side Holker Old Boys before a move to Christie Park in 1998.
He went on loan to his hometown club during the 2003/04 season but has been a regular for the Shrimps for the last few seasons, helping them to win promotion to the Football League in 2007.
"I'm pretty gutted to be injured and missing more football," Curtis said. "I've enjoyed my short time here and I wish I could have played more alongside Jason Walker and got some goals to get Barrow up the league.
"I still live around here and I will still come to as many games as I can when Morecambe aren't playing.
