Aldershot Town goalkeeper Jamie Young has signed a new one-year contract with the club, but manager Dean Holdsworth has released seven players.
Strikers Marvin Morgan, Tim Sills, Wade Small and Jack Randall have all parted company with the League Two side.
Defender Clayton Fortune, midfielder Ben Harding and goalkeeper Mikhael Jaimez-Ruiz will also not be offered new deals.
Holdsworth is still negotiating with three other out-of-contract players.
"It's a difficult time for managers at this time of the season, having to make decisions on players coming and going," Holdsworth told BBC Surrey.
"It's not something I enjoy, but I have got a budget to manage.

"All of the players who have been told they won't be retained have given me everything they could."
Centre-back Anthony Charles, midfielder John Halls and forward Damian Spencer are set for further discussions over their futures at the club.
"There's no rush with them as they're still under contract," Holdsworth continued.
"We'll have another chat in two to three weeks and look at what we can do with them."
