The New Saints have signed Rhyl winger Chris Williams ahead of the new domestic and Europa League campaign.
Williams spent the last two years at Rhyl, scoring four goals in 2009/10 before the club's demotion because of problems with the Belle Vue stadium.
The former Stockport youngster, 26, played 34 games for County, making his Football League debut at 16.
Last week TNS signed ex-Wales Under-21 defender Simon Spender and former Derby reserve centre-back Jermaine Johnson.
While at Stockport, Williams also had loan spells at Grimsby, Leigh and Northwich before being released in March 2006.
He later moved to Stalybridge and Fleetwood before signing for Rhyl.
