Caernarfon spring shock
TNS lost their unbeaten record at Treflan on Saturday, falling 2-0 to Caernarfon.

Chris Moores struck first for Caernarfon, getting the breakthrough just before the break.

TNS strove to get back on level terms in the second half but Caernarfon held out, then caught their hosts with Carl Rodgers' goal five minutes before the end.

Barry Town, who beat Haverfordwest on Friday evening, move to the top on goal difference but have played two more games.

Bangor City stay in the hunt after a 2-1 win over Afan Lido, with Simon Davies getting both goals from the penalty spot.

Rhyl extended their unbeaten run to six games and move into fourth place after a 2-0 win over Welshpool, with Lee Atherton and Chris McGinn on target.

Tommy Mutton scored his 15th goal of the season as Connahs Quay won 1-0 at Port Talbot.

Caersws gained a comfortable 4-1 victory over Carmarthen Town, with Graham Evans scoring to extend his goal tally to 16.

Flexsys Cefn Druids beat Newtown 3-0, with goals from Steve Rogers, Joe Desormeaux and Mike Davies.

But it ended goalless at Cwmbran Stadium between Cwmbran and Oswestry.

FA TROPHY - FOURTH ROUND

Colwyn Bay lost 2-0 to Havant & Waterlooville at Llanelian Road.

DR MARTENS LEAGUE

There was disappointment for Merthyr Tydfil at Rugby United, where they went down 2-1.

Llanelli went down 3-2 to Aberystwyth at Stebonheath Park, where Gary Lewis grabbed the winner three minutes from time.
