Bangor pressure top two

Bangor City's 2-1 win at Oswestry on Friday night brought them within five points of the top two and they have two games in hand over Barry Town.

Aberystwyth moved into fourth place after a 2-0 win against Carmarthen.

Rhyl drop a place to fifth after a 1-1 draw at Afan Lido.

Port Talbot ended a run of three league defeats with a 4-2 win at Newtown with a brace from Craig Lima.

Caersws gained an emphatic 4-0 win at Welshpool who have now lost six successive league games.

Bottom club Llanelli scored three second-half goals for the second successive Saturday but this time emerged 3-1 winners over Flexsys Cefn Druids.

Haverfordwest County also gained a welcome victory - their first since the end of October - winning 1-0 at Caernarfon.



Dr Martens and UniBond Leagues

In the Dr Martens Premier Division, Newport County lost 1-0 at home to league leaders Tamworth.

Merthyr Tydfil remain leaders of the western Division despite drawing 0-0 at home to Mangotsfield.

Colwyn Bay remain in the relegation zone of the Unibond League after losing 3-2 at home to Frickley Athletic.
