Barry Town's Jon French scored the only goal of the game at Park Avenue, Aberystwyth, to beat Rhyl and put them on course to win the Welsh Cup for the fourth year in succession.
They will meet Cwmbran in the final, who were trailing Ton Pentre to a Mike Jones goal at Jenner Park before fighting back.
Two late goals from Adam Moore and Mattie Davies ensured a 2-1 win and an appointment with Barry.
