Highlights as Linfield fight back from 2-0 down to earn a 2-2 draw at Coleraine on the opening day of the Carling Premiership

Linfield came from two goals down to salvage a 2-2 draw at the Showgrounds.

Darren Boyce fired into the bottom right hand corner in the 10th minute and Rory Patterson slotted home on 18 minutes after an error by Alan Blayney.

Jamie Mulgrew pulled one back in the 61st minute and then Boyce was sent-off for a two-footed tackle on 66 minutes.

Michael Carvill slotted home after the ball broke to him in the area three minutes later while Jim Ervin was sent-off for overcelebrating the equaliser.

Patterson's goal came on his league debut for the Bannsiders and with the score at 2-0, Jody Tolan ran through on goal when he looked offside but tripped over the ball when well placed and the chance was lost.

Michael Gault headed just wide for the Blues before the break but Mulgrew fired home to bring the Blues back into the game after the interval.

Boyce was incensed by his dismissal and after Carvill levelled, Ervin became the second player to see red for his second yellow card offence.
