| Thursday, 13 February, 2003, 22:33 GMT Carlisle 3-0 Leyton Orient Two goals in three minutes helped Carlisle record only their fourth home win of the season with an impressive victory over Leyton Orient. Craig Farrell opened the scoring after 53 minutes when he tapped the ball home following Richie Foran's cross. Farrell turned provider for the second goal three minutes later, squaring the ball for Lee Maddison who slammed a thumping drive into the top corner of the net. Farrell completed the scoring after 70 minutes when he kept his cool to round goalkeeper Scott Barrett and tuck the ball home. The forward spurned the chance of a hat-trick when he fired a shot over the crossbar after being sent clear by substitute Brendan McGill. Orient were awarded a penalty towards the end after Peter Murphy had fouled Dean Smith in the area. But Carlisle goalkeeper Matt Glennon produced a stunning save, turning Matthew Lockwood`s spot-kick round the post.
