Manager Little blasts error-prone Gainsborough Trinity
Lewis McMahon's goal was his second of the season for Gainsborough
Manager Brian Little says individual errors were to blame for Gainsborough Trinity's 2-2 draw with fellow Blue Square Bet North strugglers Stafford.
Niall Maguire put the visitors ahead but Trinity hit back through Lewis McMahon's penalty and Nathan Peat.
Levi Reid levelled for Stafford after a slip by Paul Mayo, who was later sent off for two quick-fire yellow cards.
Little told BBC Lincolnshire: "We were in a great position in a game we could have won but made error after error."
The draw maintained 18th-placed Gainsborough's six-point gap over Stafford, who are in the relegation zone, but stretched their winless run to eight games.
Little added: "The most important thing was not to lose but some of the things that went on out there are certainly not what I've been teaching them.
"At 2-1 I felt we were the stronger side but we gave a ridiculous goal away. We left two on one on the half-way line but Nathan's slashed at the ball and Paul fell over.
"It's typical of what we've been doing lately. I don't think it's the opposition hurting us, we're hurting ourselves all the time."
