Defeat at Salisbury not an option for Truro boss Hodges
Truro City boss Lee Hodges says it is essential his side do not lose away at Salisbury City on Tuesday.
Salisbury currently lead the Southern Premier League, two points ahead of second-placed Truro.
Hodges told BBC Cornwall: "If we want to win the league this is the game that we have to get something from.
"I'm not saying that we have to win - it's just something that we can't afford to lose if we want to carry on in the title race."
Truro have suffered a dip in form of late, losing against both Bashley and Bedford Town, which has allowed Salisbury to take the helm in the Southern Premier League.
In the season's first meeting between the two sides at Treyew Road last November, the spoils were shared with the match ending 1-1.
Hodges continued: "We know what they're all about and we'll be ready for it.
"As long as we stay organised and we stay solid then there's every chance that we can get something from the game and that's what we'll be doing."
