Redditch United were plunged deeper into relegation trouble after they lost their Blue Square Bet North basement battle at Stafford Rangers.
Josh McKenzie ensured the Reds got off to a good start when he put the visitors ahead on 13 minutes.
But second-half goals from Ben Mills, who slotted home a 61st minute penalty, and Tyree Clark (67) turned the game around for Stafford.
Redditch are now 11 points short of safety and seem set to face the drop.
