Kidderminster secured an important win as Altrincham had two players sent off.
Jack Byrne opened the scoring when he finished well from Chris McPhee's pass, and Nick Wright doubled the lead with a long-range effort.
Wes Baynes reduced the arrears with fine strike, but Alty were reduced to 10 when Carl Piergianni was sent off for hauling down Wright in the box.
Craig Dootson gave his side hope by saving Tom Shaw's penalty, but James Smith also saw red for foul language.
