Since his arrival, the ex-Reading captain has added two new additions to their squad with the arrival of midfielder Trevor Mutero and winger Jack Randall.
Mutero, 19, joins from Reading on work experience whilst Randall, 18, has been drafted in from Aldershot on a one-month loan deal.
"I always want to improve my squad and the team, I'm definitely not scared to make changes, it's part of being a manager," said Williams.
"I have brought in two new faces Trevor and Jack, both did great for me at the weekend.
Didcot's loss on Saturday was their 16th of the season but Williams remains upbeat his side can forge a league comeback.
"Morale and confidence is obviously down and it's my job to turn that around and try to give the lads more confidence," he said.
"If you want to play the best football you got to enjoy it and we need to get that enjoyment back.
"The spirit seems good and they are a great group of lads.
They are ready to go and they just want to get their boots back on and give it their best shot."
